ABOUT THE IMMERSION
This immersion is for leaders and change agents across sectors who feel the need to step back from the constant demands of doing. It is an immersive journey to regenerate from within and lead with greater clarity, presence and intention.
Daily schedule (approximate)
7:30 - 9:00 Breakfast available
9:00 - 12:30 Morning session and time in nature
12:30 - 14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 18:00 Afternoon session and time in nature
18:00 - 19:30 Dinner
19:30 - 20:45 Evening session
Thursday: Arrivals 2-5pm. First session starts at 5 pm
Sunday: We will end at lunchtime. Departures from 12:30.

LOCATION
The immersion will take place on the slopes of Mount Batukaru in Bali, Indonesia.

Denise Pang
Denise is an award-winning coach and learning designer, guided by a deep commitment to inner development and regenerative systems change in times of uncertainty.
She brings over 15 years of experience across higher education, public sector, and multinational organisations, working at the intersection of leadership and organizational change. Prior to this, she spent 15 years in corporate roles within global technology companies.
Nurvitria Mumpuniarti
Nurvitria is an ontological and systemic coach guided by a love of humanity and belief that our global multi-crises are the result of a prolonged disconnection from our bodies and the living earth.
She is a former UN consultant and Program Director at AgUnity, an AgTech company. She has worked with ILO, UNIDO, GIZ, across Africa, Southeast Asia and the Pacifics. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership capacity in complex and evolving systems.
FACILITATORS
Nurvitria facilitates embodied leadership practices that support body-mind centering, inner resilience and relational effectiveness. She holds a BEng from Bandung Institute of Technology and an MA from Geneva Graduate Institute.
Denise is actively involved in the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA), the Inner Development Goals (IDG) and Theory U, partnering with leaders and communities to navigate complexity and cultivate transformation from within.
