In today's Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous world leaders face unprecedented challenges. Rapid technological advancement, global interconnectedness, and constant change have created a landscape where traditional approaches no longer suffice.

Added to this, the pervasive sense of disconnection and stress – caused in part by constant information and the ‘always on’ nature of modern life – calls for leaders who can find balance and clarity amidst the complexity.

This immersion is for leaders, managers, facilitators, politicians and change agents from all sectors who wish to refine their ability to navigate complexity and bring more mindfulness into their leadership.

7:30 - 9:00 Breakfast available
9:00 - 12:30 Morning session and time in nature
12:30 - 14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 18:00 Afternoon session and time in nature
18:00 - 19:30 Dinner
19:30 - 20:45 Evening session

Saturday: Arrivals 2-5pm. First session starts 5pm.
Tuesday: We will have a free afternoon
Friday: We will end at lunchtime. Departures from 12:30.

Our next Leading with your Whole Self immersion will take place on Bali's beautiful and rugged East Coast, near the foot of the sacred and powerful Mount Agung. You’ll enjoy comfortable accommodation nestled in a lush tropical garden with direct access to the sea. The perfect setting for relaxation, renewal, and communing with the Ocean.
